Well, lucky for me, I took several business courses during my undergraduate years, including technical writing and design. After getting my master's in counseling, I knew I loved to teach others. I took several trainings on building online courses and membership groups, which taught me quite a bit about how to build out my business in a way that not only produced results, but worked efficiently in the background for me.
